Frequently Asked Questions

All ticketholders will choose their seat on a first come, first served basis within the section they have purchased tickets for.
Music and Beyond volunteers will be available at each venue to help make sure patrons can space themselves out safely and comfortably.
Tickets can be purchased here on our website, or by contacting our Box Office at 613.241.0777 ext. 505. If you don’t get in touch with someone right away, please leave a voicemail or email us at boxoffice@musicandbeyond.ca, and we will get back to you!
Subject to availability, tickets will be available for sale at the door.
Late admission will be given at the discretion of the performers – we cannot guarantee admission after the scheduled start time.
You may be seated in the space closest to the exit in order to limit distraction instead of in your selected seat right away.
We will do our best to move you to your selected seat during a break in play.
While very rare, sometimes an event has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
When this happens, ticket holders will be notified and refunded.
Music and Beyond offers Group Discounts of 10% for groups of 10 or more, and 20% for groups of 30 or more. If you would like to set up a discount for your group, please contact us at boxoffice@musicandbeyond.ca.

You can also send a donation in the mail using our donation form.
You will receive an official tax receipt for all donations made to Music and Beyond. This includes cash donations, wine donations, auction items, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, or securities.
Unless otherwise requested, all receipts will be sent electronically.

Take your Music and Beyond virtual content experience to the next level!

In order to have the best experience when viewing our virtual content, make sure you follow these tips:

  • Confirm that your speaker volume is turned on and adjusted to your liking.
  • Use external speakers or headphones to enhance the sound if watching on a laptop, tablet, or computer.
  • Connect your laptop to your television using an HDMI cable to increase the sound quality and view the content on a larger screen.
  • If you have a Smart TV, search for Music and Beyond in the YouTube app!

If you feel like your screen or video is lagging you can:

  • Close other applications or windows that may be running in the background.
  • Pause the video and allow it to load.
  • Try refreshing the page.

William Snyder

A multidisciplinary finance leader, William holds degrees from Toronto Metropolitan (BComm Hons), the Royal Conservatory (LRCM), Western (MMus), and Ottawa (MBA) where he served as President, Graduate Student Association. He has worked for such companies as TD Bank Group, Schneider Electric, and Yamaha. With a passion for the Chinese-Canadian community, he was the 3rd prize winner at the 2020 International ‘Chinese Bridge’ Mandarin language Proficiency Competition. William seeks to apply accounting oversight to furthering the effectiveness of Music & Beyond as Canada’s preeminent summer classical music festival.
