Pass and Ticket Refund Policy

All sales are final. Passes and tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless a performance is cancelled by Music and Beyond.

Concert and Event Ticket Information

All tickets and passes can be purchased at Music and Beyond (51 William St. in the ByWard market; 613.241.0777 x505) and online.

Individual Regular Concert and Event Ticket Prices

All regular concerts and events are priced as follows:
Reserved: $50
Adults: $30
Students: $15
Family Ticket for Four: $65 (maximum of 2 adults)
Family Ticket for Five: $70 (maximum of 2 adults)

* Please note, all regular concerts are included with all festival passes.

The following group discounts are available for all regular events (not available for Festival-plus events):

10 or more passes or tickets: savings of 10%

30 or more passes or tickets: savings of 20%
